# Android - 安卓设备 提示应用未备案，纯净模式下不支持安装DOVE客户端

本文解决的问题：
安卓手机安装DOVE客户端提示应用未备案，纯净模式下不支持安装DOVE客户端。



解决方法：
安卓手机调成飞行模式，然后重新打开DOVE安装包进行安装。

如手机开启飞行模式，依然提示无法安装，请关闭纯净模式：



1：打开 - 手机设置 
2：点击 - 系统和更新 
3：点击 - 纯净模式 
4：点击 - 退出
