# DOVE 客户端连接成功后无法使用，无法打开外网

本文解决的问题：
DOVE 客户端连接成功后无法使用，无法打开外网。



解决方法：
需要选择系统后，按步骤一步一步去排查

## 电脑操作步骤
1：先点卡DOVE客户端上的测速按钮，查看节点是否超时，如全部超时，请查看特殊网络使用教程。

2：如果点击测速后，延迟正常。请按图选择新加坡节点4，代理类型选择虚拟网卡，断开客户端后重新连接使用试试。

3：切换节点，选择虚拟网卡后，浏览器依然无法上外网。使用浏览器无痕模式试试，防止浏览器插件阻拦了代理

## 手机操作步骤
1：点击账号 - 退出登录，重新登陆账号

2：节点选择日本节点5或新加坡节点5使用
